How to Log In to the Teach-Now Platform: Step-by-Step Guide

Logging into the Teach-Now Platform.

This article provides instructions on how you can log in to the Teach-Now platform.

Access the Login Page: Go to the Teach-Now platform login page at https://teachnowprogram.com/login.
Enter Your Credentials:
- Username: Use your email address associated with your Teach-Now account. For candidates this is your personal (primary) email address.
- Password: Enter the password provided to you. If you are a new user or have been given a temporary password, you may need to change it upon your first login.
Upon Login Complete The Following:
1. (Mentors Only) Watch the Mentor Training Video: Upon your initial login, a pop-up will prompt you to watch a mentor training video. It is recommended to complete this to familiarize yourself with the platform.
2. (Candidates Only) Select a Cohort Start Date: Upon your initial login, a pop-up will prompt you to select your cohort. If none of the available start dates work for your schedule please connect with your program advisor. Please note: Our Master's program has limited start dates throughout the year.
3. You are not given full access to select a cohort until you have entered and saved your Social Security Number to the platform. Go to the Personal Info Tab of the platform and locate your Profile, then select the Edit button. This will allow you to edit your Personal Info and you will see a spot to add your Social Security Number and then Save.

If you have previously been a mentor for Moreland University, your password remains unchanged.
Ensure you are using the correct email address linked to your account when logging in.
If you're a new user your login credentials have been sent to the email you submitted to us during your sign-up process.

If you encounter a "service not allowed" error, verify that you are using the correct email and password.
