Candidate Support Services: Who to Contact and When
At Moreland University, you are never on your own. From your first module to program completion, a dedicated support team is available to help you succeed. This guide explains who does what, how to reach them, and what to do in common situations.
Your Two Primary Supports
Every candidate has two main points of contact throughout the program:
Your Faculty Instructor
Your instructor is your go-to for anything related to your coursework and Virtual Classes (VCs). Because cohorts are small, your instructor can closely track your progress and will know quickly if you're struggling with the material, the technology, or keeping up with the pace. You can reach your instructor through the Discussion Forum on the platform or by email — they're available before and after VCs and throughout the week.
Contact your instructor for:
-
Questions about module activities and assignments
-
Questions about Virtual Classes
-
Academic feedback on your work
Your Program Advisor
Your Program Advisor handles everything outside of coursework — the logistics, the platform, and the bigger-picture decisions in your program journey. You can reach them through the Program Advisor button on the platform or by email. They're available for individual meetings through the platform.
Contact your Program Advisor for:
-
Logistical questions about your program
-
Technical support with digital tools
-
Academic challenges or concerns about your progress
-
Exploring a leave of absence
-
Clinical practice questions
-
Applying to a master's program
-
Filing a complaint
