Virtual Classes (VCs) are a core part of your Moreland University experience — not optional extras. This guide explains exactly what's expected of you, what happens if you miss a class.
Why Virtual Classes Matter
VCs give you direct, real-time access to your instructor and cohort. They are your opportunity to ask questions, collaborate with peers, and discuss the content and activities that make up each module. Because each module is intensive and builds on the last, missing a VC means missing a critical piece of your learning — and your progress.

Simply logging in isn't enough. To be marked present, you must:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late:

This make-up process is reserved for genuine emergencies. It is not a routine alternative to attending live.
If you miss a second VC:
Your instructor will notify your Program Advisor, who will contact you to determine next steps. Depending on the situation, you may be required to repeat the module.
If absences continue:
You will be referred to the Candidate Conduct Board for further action.
